Ginger is a hot and fragrant spice which becomes stronger with age. The root is soft and juicy when young and the flavor at its mildest. As the plant and the root matures it becomes stronger in flavor and the root becomes more dense and solid.
Ingredients
1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh ginger 6 cups water 2 cinnamon sticks 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar (to taste) lemon wedges for garnish if desired Method In a saucepan, simmer ginger, cinnamon, and water 20 minutes or longer, for stronger tea. Add honey or sugar and strain tea through a sieve.
Asparagus is a springtime vegetable that is versatile and uniquely delicious. Buying it this time of year is best as it is fresh and particularly nutritious, since it is in season. Studies show that asparagus balances insulin levels, which means that it powerfully prevents diabetes. Ensuring that our insulin levels are stable is one of the most important things we can do for our health.
Here are some other benefits that make asparagus one of the best super foods on the planet.
* Great for your heart
* Asparagus fights depression and puts you in a good mood
* Gets rid of warts by eating one of the best super foods on the planet!
* Asparagus lowers cholesterol
* Stimulates milk production in nursing mothers
* Your kidneys will love asparagus... it helps cleanse the body and prevent kidney stones
* Asparagus prevents bladder and urinary tract infections
* Asparagus will lower blood pressure naturally
* Asparagus stimulates hair production and is one of the best super foods for balding.
How to Make It
Step 1
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large nonreactive skillet. Add the asparagus and cook just until tender and bright green, about 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Step 2
Wipe out these skillet and set it over high heat. Add the oil and heat. Add the almonds and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add the asparagus and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until the garlic and almonds are golden and the asparagus is just beginning to brown, about 4 minutes. Stir in the sherry vinegar and butter and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a platter and serve.
Garlic known to reduce the risk of further heart attacks, as well as lower blood cholesterol levels. Also a strong antibiotic, garlic is used to treat colds, catarrh, and respiratory infections
Great for the lungs. It's really high in high vitamin C and iron so juice or eat parsley whenever possible. Chewing parsley is great for bad breath. Raw parsley helps oxygen metabolism, cleanses the blood, dissolves sticky deposits in veins, maintains elasticity of blood vessels, Great for teeth, bones and helps remove heavy metals.
1. Parsley is loaded with Vitamin C and iron making it a useful herb for those dealing with anaemia and fatigue.
2. Parsley is rich in antioxidants that seeks and eradicates free radicals. One of the antioxidants it contains is luteolin which is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent.
3. As well as vitamin C and Iron, parsley is rich in vitamin K, vitamin A, folic acid and Beta-Carotene.
4. Consuming parsley regularly can help to reduce blood pressure.
5. It acts as a diuretic which stimulates the bladder, liver, kidney, digestive system, thyroid and stomach to work efficiently.
6. Parsley is an effective breath freshener when chewed and expels worms and releases gas from the body.
7. Just 2 tablespoons of vitamin K provides us with 153% of the Recommended Daily Allowance which is needed for the strong bones. It also helps to create the fat needed to maintain the myelin sheath around our nerves, and therefore protects and improves our nervous system as a whole.
8. Parsley is packed with chlorophyll which is cleansing and oxygenates the blood. It also has antibacterial properties and helps to stop the growth of bad bacteria.
Quinoa is one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat. It is a complete protein containing all nine essential amino acids.
1. Quinoa contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains
2.. Quinoa contains Iron. Iron helps keep our red blood cells healthy and is the basis of hemoglobin formation
Quinoa nutritional value may vary slightly according to the way it is consumed, for example, quinoa can be eaten raw, steamed, sprouted, fried, cooked or canned. You may eat quinoa whatever way you like, health benefits offered by quinoa will be the same. Cooked quinoa nutrition facts are almost the same as raw or sprouted quinoa nutrition facts.
1. The way I wash them is I take a fine mesh strainer and place it over a large bowl.
2. I place my quinoa into the mesh strainer.
3. I then fill the bowl up to the top, covering the quinoa in the mesh strainer.
4. Once it's full, I swish the water around for a good 3 minutes or so.
5. I then lift out the strainer with the quinoa, and pour out the water.
6. I then do this at least 2 more times.
7. If there are any suds/soapy looking bubbles left in the water after rinsing the quinoa 2 or 3 times, keep on rinsing, swishing, and washing until no suds remain.
8. Then boil the quinoa, 1 1/2 or 2 cups of water or broth for every 1 cup of quinoa, as you would rice, covered, until it is all absorbed.
9. Alternatively, you can dry the quinoa in a dehydrator, and then grind it to make flour.

TFS
Overall:
Not utilized to the extent it can be utilized as a ALM suite(SCM(source code Management, WorkItem Tracking, Build Management, Release Management)
SCM(Source code Management) :
Observation: Team Projects are not orchestrated per Business unit.
Ex: Team Project, Support, Architecture ( these are very abstract and are really not a SCM projects to be tracked )
Recommendations:
Ex: Collection: ERC under this there should be Team Projects : Collections/Latitude , Latitude Database ( to track Scripts)
Any Work Items (Bugs, Enhancements, Changes) should be tracked with in those Projects not under separate project under (Support)
Build Management:
Observation: Not properly structured or defined Builds for the projects.
Recommendations: they should be in their SCM (Source code ) Projects if TFS was chosen, If not recommendation should be SCM and Builds should be loosely coupled as even if we choose different source code management tool Builds for those sources will not effect as it just references the source (Git:repo, TFS VS: repo, SVN:Repo)
Release/Change Management:
Observation: Built in RM feature is not used at all with in TFS, and custom tool (ESC system) was used to track Change Management. There is no clear abstraction of who can have access to what systems. For example TFS links are referenced in ESC system where infrastructure who implement the changes in production have to have access to TFS( which should only be available to Developers and Project Managers).
Recommendation:
Change Management:
A New TFS Project with similar fields (ESC ) can be established with in TFS under new Project(IT Change Management) and Change Management Team project can have the IT Changes tracked (Service requests, Server Requests, Change Requests, Release Requests) with in TFS which would just provide Projects to pass the deploy plan with in ESC which will have references to Jenkins/Build Tool to actually do the job. They never have to come to TFS (which eliminates the unnecessary Licensing )
Change Deployments:
Jenkins (Open source tool) can be leveraged to build and deployments for releases. That way Jenkins should be the access point for Infrastructure team to manually deploy to Production as an initial setup. and once a repeated pattern of deploy to prod is identified , that can be automatically deployed to Production environments with proper approvals with Jenkins.
Fat Flush is dedicated first and foremost to supporting the liver in its daunting role as the body's
purifier.
In reality, the liver is perfectly designed to detoxify itself automatically, without any help from you
or Fat Flush, for that matter. As the body’s premier detoxifier (think of it as the filter in your personal
engine) and fat-burning organ, the liver has an amazing built-in process that is in charge of breaking
down everything that comes its way, from chemicals, preservatives, and heavy metals to the food and
beverages you ingest.
Ah, but here's the rub.
For the detox process to work smoothly, your body needs a plethora of heavy-duty, nutritional
elements to keep the detox pathways working optimally and to break down toxins. So, you need to be
very well nourished to detox.
A liver clogged with poisons or excess fats cannot perform its fat-burning and other essential
duties, including maintaining blood sugar levels, storing glycogen, synthesizing and normalizing blood
proteins, and helping to keep your body in hormonal balance. A poorly functioning liver results in
stagnation. Freeing up your liver to do its job may be the single most important step you ever take in
improving your overall health and achieving your weight-loss goals permanently.
The Fat Flush program accomplishes this task in several ways. One is through the
antioxidant/phenol-rich cranberry and water mixture you will be drinking during each seasonal Fat
Flush to keep those detox pathways moving right along. And the benefits of cranberries keep on
accruing. Cranberries were analyzed with other fruits for their antioxidant power by measuring their
ORAC value (oxygen radical absorbance capacity).
So
Believing that our responses are dependent on other people and situations, we live like victims, explains BK Shivani. Our thoughts and feelings are our personal responsibility. But we react out of habitual ways of thinking, speaking and behaving, created over years or lifetimes. A little practice helps us pause, see our options, evaluate them and choose a response

We all have salmonella, E-coli, candida, aids, cancer cells and parasites in our body.
Every one of us. it is part of life. They are sitting there dormant, waiting to do their job.
The first thing we need to realize is these AREN'T the bad guys. They are the sanitation
workers of life. Their job is to eat up unhealthy weak and dying stuff. It is their job to
return us to the earth so we can be recycled. Only the sick and dying are recycled. If
our bodies are healthy and clean, there is nothing to recycle so they don't do anything.
But if we eat sugary, pasty starchy dead food that makes our body acidic and consume
meat which our body isn't designed to fully digest so it starts to rot and putrefy inside us,
then our body becomes toxic and weak inside. These weak cells and parts of our body
then become targets for the appropriate sanitation workers to come to action and eat
those weak parts of us. It's our job then to keep all parts of our body clean and healthy.
Don't blame the cancer cells- they aren't the bad guys- they are only doing their job.
Proof of this is the fact that cancer is not random or contagious. It only picks those who
have some weakness in their body/mind/spirit. Be careful with not just what you eat,
but also what you say (negative affirmations) and how you think (depression, anger,
anxiety, sadness, resentment, fear, jealousy, hatred etc) – your negativity can literally
eat you up! Start looking at the bright side of things- your survival literally depends on it
! Stop feeling sorry for yourself- that's negativity and by doing so you are killing
yourself. Don't be a martyr. People only want happiness in their lives, not sob stories,
so don't solicit pity from others, you're only pulling them down
TRUTH: Actually, it doesn’t—at least not in the way you think. Diabetes is
caused by a genetic predisposition and lifestyle factors, or by an autoimmune reaction. However, in the case of type 2 diabetes, eating
excessive amounts of sugar may influence whether or not the genes for
diabetes get triggered.
